The projects empty state shouldn’t be a gray cube. Show one ghost project and a single ‘create’ action.
Empty states are the most-seen screens of a product’s most important week, and the last screens anyone designs. The bar isn’t a charming illustration. It’s an answer to “what should I do first?” One action, not three.
